We are currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility. This position requires 4-5 hours of work each day, Monday to Friday, 12-5 PM, ensuring a clean work environment for all employees. You will be working closely with the QC and QA to ensure the facilities meets HACCP cleanliness standard.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing and intense cleaning or deep cleaning of large food production machinery within our manufacturing area and storage areas.
Ensure that all areas meet health and safety standards.
Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
Pressure washing walls and other surfaces.
Perform cleaning on industrial equipment that involves physical effort.
Replenishing all kitchens, factory and bathrooms with necessary supplies.
Cleaning all bathrooms and changing rooms.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role, preferably in food industry.
A great attitude and an enthusiastic approach to work.
Confident in using ladder safely to reach high areas for cleaning.
Ability to lift heavy, moving heavy objects for thorough cleaning.
Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in performing tasks.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allocated time.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Have a reliable transport and current driver’s license.
Be available Monday to Friday (12-5pm).
Be ready to start work immediately.
Working Hours:
4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 12-5 PM. The specific work hours can be discussed and adjusted based on mutual agreement.
