We are currently seeking self-motivated and solution-focussed Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to support our client in the not-for-profit sector in Bella Vista!
This position will see you working as part of a diverse team to provide exceptional service to customers, team members and stakeholders to achieve company goals and uphold organisation values.
Please note, this role is based in the office.

- Receive and handle inbound telephone calls from customers, employees and stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional Customer Service and empathy to find solutions to queries
- Identify requests and gather information to ensure that queries are handled efficiently
- Follow operations procedures to resolve requests, depending on the needs of the caller
- Document details of calls in internal CRM's to ensure accurate information is being stored for future use
- Take ownership of outstanding actions that were not immediately resolved during calls, following-up where required
- Undertake outbound calls to communicate with customers or team members where required
- Ensure that all communications and solutions provided are in-line with organisation values and operating procedures
- Experience in a call centre/high-volume Customer Service role is essential
- Experience in the medical, healthcare, aged care, emergency or not-for-profit sectors would be beneficial
- Candidates must be available for an immediate start
- Candidates must be happy to undergo a full police check
