We are growing and as part of that, we require a part-Time Dental Receptionist for 2 weekdays and half day Saturdays. Ideally those weekdays would be Tuesday and Wednesday, however we would like to afford flexibility for the right applicant. The half-day alternating Saturday would be required. If you have experience working chairside, that would be a bonus!
ABOUT THE ROLEThe role will primarily be that of the Dental Receptionist, however dental assisting background would be helpful (however not necessary) in case for staff cover or sickness.

Front Office Co-ordinator role includes but not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming patients into the clinic
- Building rapport with patients
- Attending to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Communicating and explaining treatment plans to patients
- Taking payment and scheduling patient appointments
- Following up and explaining treatment plans to patients
- Stocktake of dental materials
- Checking In and Out Lab-Work
- Occasionally helping out in the sterilisation area if needed
- Management of Social Media Content

- Minimum 1 years dental or medical experience in a front dest co-ordinator/receptionist is necessary.
- Highly professional demeanour and great personal presentation
- The ability to think on your feet while maintaining an eye for detail
- Possess a passion for holistic patient care- many of our patients know our staff by name and always ask for them!
- Willing to work in a fun, collaborative and dynamic team.
- Experience with HICAPS and D4W advantageous but not essential.
