Tasks & responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments, answering phones, drafting letters & emails.
- By being the point of first contact for our patients you will have an important role representing our business.
- Must work efficiently, accurately and be reliable.
- Must have a "can-do" attitude.
Qualifications and experience
- Previous experience as receptionist or administration officer is required.
- Preferably in Dental or Medical.
- Fluency in practice management software & a high degree of I.T. literacy is advantageous to secure this challenging role.
- Will also consider applicant from a legal or finance background.
Benefits
Unique opportunity for someone wanting to work part-time 2-4 days every second week.
Hours 9:15am-5:15pm to enable school drop off.
