We are a well-established company servicing independent supermarkets. We are seeking dynamic and experienced part-time merchandisers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fixing displays, introducing new product lines, and managing orders. Two positions are on offer, North of the River and South of the River.
Responsibilities:
- Merchandising and ensuring products are presented attractively.
- Ensuring products are correctly ticketed
- Take and process orders efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report on sales activities and market trends.
- Submit photos of display via smartphone
- Optimise shelf positioning and new product ranging
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in retail sales and merchandising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Commercial acumen and ability to “decode” customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
