THE ROLE
Part-Time (Mon to Fri) 20 hours a week
We seek a proactive, responsible, well-presented Office All-rounder to join our small, dedicated national team. You are expected to have excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills.
This role will be ideal for someone who can work at least four days a week (20 hours) during business hours and has previously worked in a similar role.
This role may be suited to someone who would like to work between school pick-up and drop-off.
Work in a premium office space with a friendly and experienced team in the stunning heritage-listed Anzac Square building.
In this role, you will also:
- Assist with all things related to Xero, including creating invoices
- Assist with the implementation of ISO standards and associated documentation.
- Follow up with customers on overdue invoices
- Assist with new customer enquiries
- Assist with placing orders with suppliers and following up on delivery
- Assist with hiring
- Organise celebrations for Birthday and Work Anniversaries
- Liaising with our interstate staff weekly
- Maintain several databases
- Assist with maintaining and actioning items in the accounts mailbox
- Handle the postage and collection of equipment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- MUST be proactive, customer service-focused, have strong communication skills and be willing to learn.
- Good computer skills - ideally, programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- BONUS - Experience with ISO Standards and QMS
- BONUS - Experience with Xero
- BONUS - Experience with Autotask Helpdesk System
