About the Role
- Liaising with the manager/supervisor with planning weekly tasks
- Reviewing, planning and scheduling of operations
- Fast paced work environment multi-tasking variety of works
- Ensuring purchase orders and work orders are completed and submitted
- Coordinate all details of incoming job bookings and outgoing works
- Computer inputting daily data and monitoring work through office program
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry will be highly regarded
- Scheduling experience advantageous
- A high commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team and unsupervised when required
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
