- Process supplier and overhead invoices, processing of payments, and statement reconciliation
- Creditor application and updating of creditor database
- Ensure creditor enquiries and general accounts queries are dealt with promptly.
- Processing Payroll
- Process new employee setup and terminations
- Leave form processing and leave reconciliations
- Reconcile and process monthly superannuation
- Adhoc finance tasks as required
- Experience in construction or development company desired
- Sound knowledge of accounting and administration principles and concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to manage tight deadlines
- Ability to problem-solve
