Part-Time Payroll / Finance Officer

Opportunity
Exciting opportunity with one of Queensland’s most experienced and respected construction and development companies based at the Sunshine Coast. Who is seeking a part-time Payroll/Finance Officer to join their finance team.

Daily duties

• Process supplier and overhead invoices, processing of payments, and statement reconciliation
• Creditor application and updating of creditor database
• Ensure creditor enquiries and general accounts queries are dealt with promptly.
• Processing Payroll
• Process new employee setup and terminations
• Leave form processing and leave reconciliations
• Reconcile and process monthly superannuation
• Adhoc finance tasks as required

About you:

• Experience in construction or development company desired
• Sound knowledge of accounting and administration principles and concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to manage tight deadlines
• Ability to problem-solve
