About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic Sales Associate to join our high-performing Mulberry team in Chadstone, Victoria. Part time role available.
The successful candidates:
- Will provide every customer with an exceptional customer service experience
- Consistently strive to overachieve in set sales budgets and KPIs
- Use product knowledge to maximise and drive sales
- Engage, develop and maintain key relationships with the core luxury consumer whilst building a strong CRM network
- Are ambassadors for the Mulberry brand and demonstrate passion in all aspects of their role
- Ensure VM presentation standards meet company requirements and reflect the brand
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to a high standard
