Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and appointments.
- Present and promote SCS Group’s cleaning services to decision-makers.
- Maintain and update customer information and call logs in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
