Swickers Kingaroy Bacon Factory is an export meat processing facility, based in the South Burnett Region and is ideally located just 2 - 3 hours’ drive to Brisbane, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast and Fraser Coast. Swickers has been in operation in Kingaroy for over 50 years and today employs approximately 800 employees.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to step into the role of KVA Input Admin in our Kingaroy Value Add Department.
Main duties will Include, but are not limited to:
- Input collected production data for traceability.
- High level use of Excel with Formulas and Macros.
- Create weekly reports.
- Communicate daily and weekly data with relevant parties.
- Archive and Filing control.
- Run traceability exercises.
- Input data into production systems.
- Assist in Organising and dispatching daily trucks.
- Finalise pay sheets to payroll.
What we’re looking for
Swickers has established an efficient, highly skilled yet diversified team. As a key member you will have –
- Previous experience in an administration type role
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Confident phone and email manners
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Understanding of the processes followed in the departments.
- Intermediate level of knowledge of Excel and other Office programs.
