Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments.
- Explain products and services to cultivate interest among prospects.
- Document call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Meet or exceed call quotas and set appointment targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms.
