The Role:
We’re looking for a vibrant and diligent Operations Team Member to join us on a part-time basis.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring our array of wholesome snacks and drinks smoothly find their way from our warehouse in Kingsgrove to the office pantries of our clients in Sydney CBD.
This position splits between hands-on packing and dispatch work at our warehouse and merchandising duties within our client’s offices. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standard of service Snack Proud is known for, ensuring all deliveries are presented attractively and accessible to our client’s teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare snack orders for dispatch at our Kingsgrove warehouse.
- Deliver and merchandise snack and beverage deliveries within client offices in Sydney CBD, ensuring a visually appealing and accessible display.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.
- Uphold the Snack Proud standard of excellence and service, acting as a brand ambassador when on client premises.
- Provide feedback and insights from clients to improve our service and offerings.
- Medium level of computer skills
About You:
You have previous experience in a warehouse setting or in merchandising, ideally within the food and beverage sector.
You’re a people person, comfortable interacting with clients and representing Snack Proud positively.
Hardworking and self-motivated, you take pride in completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
You’re able to manage your time effectively, balancing warehouse duties with client site visits.
You have good English language speaking abilities to communicate with customers.

Part-Time Hours: 2-3 days per week (including 2 days in Kingsgrove warehouse).
Monday 10 - 2pm (Kingsgrove Warehouse)
Thursday 9 - 12pm (3 hours, Sydney CBD)
Friday 10 - 4pm (Kingsgrove Warehouse)
Hours are likely to increase in the future as we pick up new customers
