AddressOur client is an established Third-Party Logistics Company with a large network of Customers. Based in Minto, an opportunity exists for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their team.
This role is not in an office environment but working directly on the warehouse floor. The position is Monday-Friday Day Shift with you being available for overtime as needed, with a minimum pay rate of $31.96 per hour. The role has the potential to be ongoing for the right candidate.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- All round administration duties related to a warehouse environment
- Communicating with customers via email /phone
- Administration and Reporting
- Receive stock into the System
- Assisting with Dispatch
- Assist stock control and inventory issues
- Prepare products as per customer's order
- Data Entry
- Complete all relevant documentation
- RF Picking/Scanning
- Have a broad knowledge of Warehouse admin duties
- Understand chain of responsibility and obligations
- Have excellent written and verbal communications
- Possess strong planning, organisational and communication skills
- Display a good working knowledge of Email, Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Understand modern warehouse techniques together with RF scanning experience
- Have a strong attention to detail.
