About the role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Support professional to join a boutique law firm on a temporary Part time basis.
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this role involves providing essential administrative assistance to senior lawyers and partners within the law firm. As a key player in our client's success, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the office and support their legal professionals in delivering outstanding services.
Key responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and managing inquiries
- Managing email inboxes and correspondence
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- Office management and organization
- Sorting and managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with invoicing and related administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Familiarity with Xero (ideal, but training can be provided)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work 15 hours per week across 2 days
- Immediate availability for up to 6-month contract
- Comfortable commuting to the Melbourne CBD office
