Leasing Administrator

What you'll be doing
Temporary contract opportunity working full time hours for an Australian owned petrol retailer based in Melbourne's inner east.
This is an opportunity for a dynamic administrator with property knowledge and experience, including commercial leasing. This role is working full time hours from the office in Hawthorn on a 3 month contract with a possible extension.
The role will be responsible for:

• Reviewing the accuracy of information recorded, entering new leases, updating existing information
• Tracking Bank Guarantees & Bonds from tenants & working with finance team on allocation and related matters.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and staff (from other departments).
• Dealing with day-to-day leasing issues and rental matters.

The candidate must have the ability to work independently and pro-actively in a team environment. He/she will have demonstrated leasing or property administration experience and can understand and interpret commercial contracts and the obligations of both tenants and property owners. Experience with the software Progan is highly desirable.
