WA Cricket is actively seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Partnership Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Partnerships portfolio for both WA Cricket and the Perth Scorchers. Your primary focus will be on driving commercial success, enhancing brand visibility, and executing activation strategies that align with strategic objectives.
You will play a key role in fostering and maintaining relationships with our valued partners. Your responsibilities will include identifying and capitalising on opportunities for collaboration, ensuring the successful implementation of partnership initiatives, and consistently delivering measurable outcomes.
You will
- Effectively record and document partner delivery through the season linking delivery to the leveraging plan
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, event run sheets and reports capturing partner content and deliverables including marketing/activation/campaign strategies & methodologies
- Recommend improvements to systems, processes and structures to improve Commercial Partners' satisfaction and investment where relevant
- Oversee activation and promotional activities either led by or involving partners on match days
- Coordinate the sporting apparel program requirements for all departments and partners
- Coordinate partnership reporting for partners and post-season analysis including brand metrics insights provided by WA Cricket's research provider/s
- Coordinate contractual player and coach appearances for Partners
- Coordinate international and domestic ticketing and hospitality requirements for partners
- Represent WA Cricket at nominated games, events and functions upon reasonable request
- Assist the expansion of partnership portfolio as necessary during progression of the WACA Ground Improvement Project, including onboarding and implementation of new stadium partners
Who we are looking for
- Experience in a similar role working in commercial and strategic partnerships and/or account management
- Knowledge of client and sponsorship servicing
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong time management and attention to detail skills with the ability to prioritise
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience working for an agency, brand or sports rights holder (desirable)
