We are searching for a talented marketing aficionado to join our small, dynamic marketing team. Break out of agency life and work closely with our hands-on executive team and skilled marketing team to execute and deliver highly relevant content both above and below the line.

What does this opportunity look like for you?
As the team's Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to breathe new life into the execution of our marketing strategy for our retail and wholesale brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, no day will be exactly the same with this role encompassing a wide range of marketing disciplines; if you were with us over the past six months you will have taken part in the following:
- Brainstormed and executed our brand(s) social media strategy including constructing content pillars.
- Attended some fun industry events to stay on top of what’s happening in the marketing space.
- Created and managed digital advertising campaigns including (but not limited to) Meta, Google and Podcasts.
- Coordinated with our store and eCommerce teams to roll out a handful of epic sale events.
- Headed out to a handful of boujee apartment buildings with the team to grab some sweet, sweet content.
- Worked with influencers who play in the reno or build space to roll out a handful of touchpoints encompassing blogs, social and in-store posters.
- Briefing our graphic designer and checking that the creatives meet goals, make sense in the platform and are brand-consistent.
- Engaging with our community in a brand-consistent tone through socials and reviews.
About you
- You have 2 + years experience in a similar role.
- You’re a driven self-starter with excellent communication and time-management skills.
- You have a knack for connecting with and understanding customers.
- You’re a fast learner and have an unrivalled ability to come up with big ideas on the fly.
- You love to get down and dirty with data, unpacking and demystifying customer behaviour into actionable insights and have some awesome attention to detail.
- You’re a stickler for brand consistency and producing beautiful, highly-relevant content.
Tools in your kit
- Clever copywriter with strong grammar, punctuation, spelling and a passion for puns.
- Experience managing and analysing performance in numerous platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics as well as taking apart and manipulating a dataset in Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
- A degree or equivalent in communication, advertising or marketing (or working towards one) is highly considered.
