Our co-founders started Veritas Digital five years ago after leaving one of Australia’s largest digital agencies because they were tired of the soul-sucking churn and burn model.
Scale Smart is Australia’s fastest-growing online education business, an innovative leader in the affiliate marketing education sector. We are dedicated to teaching individuals how to effectively leverage affiliate marketing strategies paired with established marketing agencies to generate online income. Through our comprehensive training programs, we provide the tools and knowledge needed to excel in the competitive digital marketing landscape. Recognized for our rapid growth and success, Scale Smart aims to be the go-to platform for online education, empowering our clients with the skills to build a sustainable and profitable online income.
👉 About The Role
We are looking for a Brand Manager who can hit the ground running and drive our brand strategies to new heights. In this role, you'll oversee Veritas Digital, Scale Smart, and two personal brands, ensuring cohesive brand identities. If you thrive in dynamic environments, have a knack for strategic thinking, and are passionate about building and maintaining strong brand reputations, we want you on our team.
👉 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to define how we want to come across to the marketplace.
- Lead the brand makeover, particularly focusing on Scale Smart.
- Develop high-level strategies to ensure seamless integration and cooperation between the brands.
- Organize and oversee the creation, filming, and posting of content for all brands.
- Manage the entire content lifecycle, from strategy to reporting and adjustments.
- Handle organic social media efforts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Coordinate with and manage freelancers, including videographers, editors, and social media content creators.
- Create and manage content calendars, posting schedules, and performance reports.
- Cultivate a strong internal brand reputation, emphasizing how our products achieve remarkable results for clients.
- Enhance external brand perceptions through positive video reviews and ensuring they are featured on websites and social media.
