The Role
We're searching for a passionate and ambitious Partnerships Manager with experience in or an understanding of PR, media and/or marketing.
In this role, you will lead new client acquisitions and boost revenue through strategic relationship building and account management. Your efforts will focus on enhancing client engagement and deepening customer relationships to fully leverage Flaunter's features, thereby amplifying their media visibility and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new client acquisition and market opportunities, developing a strategy that aligns to Flaunter’s sales targets.
- Onboarding of new clients, providing training and product demonstrations.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with our portfolio of lifestyle brands and media partners to meet loyalty and retention objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for client enquiries, offering expert problem-solving and proactive customer support.
- Develop content for our support knowledge base in response to client queries and feedback.
- Enhance business with existing clients and propose solutions to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the product team to incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.
About You:
- Confident, outgoing and a go-getter.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales and Account Management.
- A strong interest in the industry verticals we service including fashion, beauty, accessories, home, tech and hospitality.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
