About Wynnum Fringe:
The Wynnum Fringe Festival is a vibrant celebration of creativity and community spirit, showcasing the best in local and national talent across a range of artistic disciplines. We're looking for a passionate and driven Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator to help us grow and strengthen our connections with the business community and engage new audiences.
Hours: 20 hours per week (equivalent to 0.5 of a full-time position) with a flexible schedule available. This is a permanent position for 12 months, with a 1-month probationary period.
Location: Fortitude Valley Arts Hub and Bayside mobile office (with work-from-home flexibility)
Salary: $54,545.45 per annum + Super, pro-rata, in accordance with the Level 4 employee classification under the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020.
Your Role:
As our Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing our extensive and highly valued commercial partnerships relationships, executing partnerships and marketing deliverables, as well as contributing to marketing campaigns across the festival's various projects. This is a dynamic role where you'll have the opportunity to Work with the festival CEO to:
- Build Relationships: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential and existing sponsors and partners across various industries.
- Craft Compelling Proposals: Develop and deliver engaging sponsorship proposals that align with partners' objectives and showcase the unique benefits of the Wynnum Fringe Festival.
- Deliver the Detail: Liaise with the Wynnum Fringe team to implement the contracted deliverables for Wynnum Fringe partners.
- Marketing Magic: Assist in the creation and implementation of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, print, etc.) to drive awareness and attendance. This is both business to business and customer focused.
- Community Engagement: Develop strategies to engage the local community and foster a sense of ownership and excitement around the festival.
- Data-Driven Success: Track and analyze partnership and marketing performance metrics to inform ongoing improvements and future strategies.
What You'll Bring:
- Passion for the Arts and the Bayside: A genuine love for developing the arts and culture in the Bayside.
- Partnership Prowess: Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, preferably in a sponsorship or fundraising context.
- Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in assisting to develop and executing effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Initiative and Creativity: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for exploring new ideas.
