The Opportunity:

We are on the search for a Parts Coordinator/Specialist to play a vital role in facilitating parts ordering and warehouse operations, ensuring seamless alignment with Komatsu and Curragh contract obligations.

This position encompasses various responsibilities related to inventory management and administrative tasks essential for the successful execution of this agreement in a safe and proficient manner.

Role Located: Curragh Coal Mine - Not a FIFO role

Roster: Monday to Friday

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrate expertise in parts, adept at identifying and sourcing parts
• Experienced in all aspects of warehouse operations
• Efficiently handle part ordering and the unloading
• Possess a valid forklift license and adeptness in safely operating equipment
• Proficient in computer systems
• Competent excel skills for inventory tracking, data analysis, and report generation
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, team members, and stakeholders
• Maintain high organisational standards to optimise processes and minimise errors
• Previous experience with Dynamix and freight systems is highly valued
