Warehouse Dispatch Co-Ordinator

As the dispatch co-coordinator you will work alongside and mange a small team of up to 3 staff to finalise and dispatch all order for the DC.Client DetailsLocated in Dandenong South our client is a leading provider of products for the slumber industry. they are committed to designing, manufacturing and sourcing products and brands to help people all over the world achieve a peace night of sleep.DescriptionYour duties :

• Pick orders and prepare for deliveries and pick ups.
• Arrange and liaise freight services
• Prepare all documentation
• Manage the EAP program - they use Netsuite
• Manage the inventory
• Mange staff, performance and productivity of dispatch team
• complete reporting for senior management

ProfileRequirements:

• Experience in leading a small team in a Warehouse Dispatch role
• Ability to look and think beyond the task at hand
• Professional approach
• ability to follow all safety and OHS requirements for the site
