We are currently seeking Parts Interpreter based at our Port Hedland Workshop, this busy role requires you to be a self-starter and able to work autonomously. This role will support the internal workshop as well as our remote mine site workshops.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working closely with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved, your main duties of this role includes but not limited to are:
- Perform the daily pick/packing, checks, delivery and invoicing of spare parts with the completion of the necessary documentation within a timely manner
- Ensure no goods leave the dispatch area without the correct paperwork and being processed.
- Safeguarding of all spare parts inventory
- Assist with creating and/or processing stock transport orders.
- Ensure accurate records are kept and filed to support transport and proof of delivery requirements.
- General warehouse duties – loading & unloading trucks, making local deliveries, cleaning, etc.
- Escalate issues with freight (delays, missing or damaged ) to the responsible freight forwarder to investigate
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and annual stock take

Essential Criteria
- An ability to adapt in a past paced work environment
- Have a a strong customer focus
- Experience in heavy truck, earthmoving experience is preferred
- Ability to manage stock, receipt, display and dispatch
- A current driver's licence and forklift licence
- Good computer skills with Microsoft applications
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A
