The Weigh Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated customer centric Parts Interpreter to join our Yeppoon team. The Parts Interpreter is responsible for the interpretation of parts to internal and external customer.
Key job functions & Accountabilities:
- Identifying parts and components using catalogue’s where appropriate
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of products, cataloguing system and other franchise systems
- Pricing parts for all phone, over the counter, trade and workshop guests
- Completing purchase orders for parts required from outside suppliers and obtain management approval.
- Maintaining records of all special orders and notify the guest upon receipt.
- Assist in achieving Parts monthly sales targets.
- Building and maintaining guest loyalty and support
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit
The successful applicant will:
- High knowledge of the automotive industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
