Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, the focus of this role is to liaise with retail and internal service customers where you will provide product advice, interpret parts from electronic catalogues as well as process parts orders.

- Parts interpretation for retail and service customers
- Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
- Handle internal and external business as required
Do you have?
- Parts Interpreter experience
- Solid interpretation skills
- ERA experience (highly regarded)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and possess good phone manner
- Computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
- Current driver’s license
