Parts Interpreter

CoolDrive Auto Parts is Australia’s premier importer and wholesaler of automotive aftermarket parts that was established in 1977 by W.J. Blanchard. We presently operate from 38 branches around Australia and New Zealand, and an office and warehouse in Shanghai, China; employing over 900 staff. 

Due to an increase in our sales and a continued focus on providing quality customer service, we now have a Parts Interpreterposition available at our Caboolture, QLD branch on a Full-Time basis.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, your duties include (not limited to):

• Answering customer enquiries via email and phone;
• Attending to the trade sales counter as necessary;
• Identifying the make, model and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment; 
• Preparing invoices;
• Processing credits and warranties;
• Coordinating stock transfers and buy ins;
• Assist with regular cyclic and annual branch stock takes; and 
• Maintain the showroom to ensures its clean and presentable;

About You:

• Valid QLD drivers licence (preferred);
• Face to Face sales and customer service experience (preferred);
• General automotive knowledge (preferred);
• Basic computer literacy;
• Well-developed administrative experience in a service and/or customer relations role;
• Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
• Sound written & verbal communication skills;
• You must enjoy customer service and have a desire to work with and support our customers; and
• An ability to interpret and provide sound advice to our customers.
