Role responsibilities include:
- Maintain great customer relations and follow up customer to ensure complete satisfaction
- Interpreting genuine and aftermarket accessories to our Internal Sales teams
- Maintain average gross profits in accordance with dealership policy
- Provide the same high level of service to both internal and external customers
- Ensure stock required for workshop special orders have been paid for in advance and once received actioned immediately
To work with us, we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter with Tune, Pentana, ERA DBS experience an advantage
- Self-starter with a flexible approach & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A “customer first” approach, where you consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and the ability to talk to customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Open (manual) driver's licence
