This role is SPECIAL! It is your chance to step out from doing the same thing, day in, day out and using what you know to help others. The role is titled a Regional Franchise Manager. As the Regional Franchise Manager, you will be required to use your existing knowledge of parts supply and sales to assist our client's franchisee nertwork. Full training will be provided.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Support the franchisees to make profit through the use of your product ranges,
- Introduce new products to the franchisee network
- Develop and maintain mutually profitable relationships with all franchisees.
- Maintain contact with customers in person and by telephone in accordance with a call plan and customer requirements.
- Actively seek out orders from customers, sell the company’s complete range of products, determine price within guidelines, and other matters relating to sales.
- Ensure customers are kept informed of special offers, new products, and other relevant opportunities.
- Set individual sales targets for each franchisee in region to achieve overall target for region.
- Ensure sales targets are met and expenses are controlled to ensure delivery of profit targets.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on new products, competitive products, and other general market information of interest or value to customers.
- Inform customers of supply and price trends and advise the customer on their inventory control in relation to their stock holdings.
- Make company support services available to customers as appropriate.
- Ensure that customer expectations are being exceeded by providing exceptional service either in person or by phone.
- Actively develop new business for the franchise at both a local and national level, through cold calling and referred leads, to ensure all possible customers are fully aware of products and services.
- Accompany franchisees on sales calls to their customers to maximize business, including assisting in business plan development to achieve store growth and success. Identify geographical areas of weakness and actively seek franchisees in those areas.
