Our client seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join their team in Lilydale, on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for assisting clients in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their equipment, managing inventory, processing orders, and liaising with suppliers.

Description
Overall, the key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):
- Assist clients in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories for their equipment.
- Provide technical advice and support regarding parts compatibility and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are appropriate to meet client needs.
- Accurately process orders for parts, including entering orders into the inventory management system.
- Liaise with suppliers to source parts that are not in stock or require special ordering.
Profile
To be considered for this role you will have/ be:
- Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar role within the equipment management or automotive industry.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment parts and accessories.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
