Role requirements:

Sales Associate Role: are you a motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of real estate? Clarke & Co Real Estate Executives are currently seeking a PA/Sales Assistant to join their busy and successful sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job, working alongside our leading agent and receiving training from one of the top local agents in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Support:
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in creating compelling property listings.
• Buyer Engagement:
  • Follow up with potential buyers.
  • Attend buyer inspections and assist with building and pest inspections/valuations/ open homes.
• Lead Generation:
  • Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities (cold calling, letterbox drops, door knocking).
  • Work on expanding the client base through networking.
• Property Appraisals:
  • Assist in property appraisals and valuations.
• Client Interaction:
  • Meet new clients during and after hours.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Training and Development:
  • Attend sales training, meetings, and real estate seminars.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions with our ongoing sales trainer.

Requirements:

• Experience - previous experience in real estate or a related field is a must.
• Sales Skills - experience in phone-based sales or a call centre environment is advantageous.
• Qualifications - must hold a valid Real Estate ticket and driver's license.
• Initiative - proven ability and willingness to prospect and generate leads.
• Availability - weekend work is required, this is not a 9 – 5 Job.
• Presentation - professional appearance and demeanour.
• Transportation - own car and valid driver's license.
• Certification - Real Estate registration certificate.
• Work Ethic - a hardworking nature with a dedication to going the extra mile for clients.
