As an Administrator, your role is to undertake administrative tasks to support the Operational teams across Tasmania. You will work closely with an established and professional administrative team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of routine and ad hoc administrative tasks that are vital to the operational success of the business.
This role can be a full-time or part-time role (4-5 days per week), depending on the successful applicant's preference.

- Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, with a need to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Processing dockets and work orders
- Undertake filing and archiving tasks
- Generate and process purchase orders and invoicing
- General office duties
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with your position and Veolia policy and procedure
- Support and learn existing team member tasks
- Assist with the management of paperwork and customer reporting
- Assist in the management of shared inbox and shared tasks
- General Administration experience
- Previous experience with billing and raising purchase orders (not essential)
- Ability to Multitask
- Data entry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
