We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time (between 19 - 38 hours per week depending on flight schedules) versatile and talented Team Memberto join the Menzies Aviation Team based at the Perth Airport.
We are seeking applicants that are interested in working between the hours of 0300 - 1000, with various shifts available within this time frame.
Our Passenger Service team are responsible for providing exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the smooth handling of passengers from checking in, boarding, disembarkation and baggage collection. Passenger Service Agents are also responsible for providing assistance to passengers with special needs. Passenger Service Agents must ensure they are highly polished and have the ability to adapt to different tasks throughout their shift.

What you’ll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Process passenger check in
- Validate passport and documents
- Tag baggage, arrange seating & issue boarding passes
- Ensure compliance with safety & security requirements
- Use multi airline check in systems
- Boarding gate duties, including announcements
- Assisting special needs guests
- Participate in training activities and conduct on the job training
What we need from you
- Must be reliable and motivated to work
- Motivation and flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster as per flight schedules. This role will require shift work i.e. weekends & public holidays, and split shifts.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Strong customer service focus
- Applicants with experience in providing outstanding Customer Service
- Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment
