Role PurposeWe're thrilled to offer enticing positions for check-in officers fluent in Korean and Japanese, stationed at the International Terminal. We seek vibrant, optimistic candidates dedicated to providing exceptional customer service experiences.
What you will be doing- Passenger check-in with attention to detail and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout interactions
- Validate passports and other essential travel documents accurately
- Tag baggage, arrange seating, and issue boarding passes proficiently
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and security protocols

- Ability to work a 7-day evening shift roster without restrictions.
- Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.
