The role of the Service Delivery Agent involves working within a team to provide timely, effective, professional, and secure passenger service functions in the area of check-in for passenger handling or lead gate agent responsibilities while adhering to all regulatory requirements. They are also responsible for adhering to the client's requirements efficiently, safely and accurately during the aircraft turnaround process and achieving the desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the client.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver and ensure all customer service requirements are met in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Carry out passenger check in duties
- Ensure that system reports are completed and managed
- Assisting passengers
- During disrupted or delayed services
- That require special assistance
- In wheelchairs to and from aircrafts
- Ensure compliance with OH&S Regulations and Company OH&S Policies
- Maintain awareness, obligation and incident reports
- Build strong working relationships
- Promote and maintain a positive company image
- Liaise professionally with internal and external clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Have Australian / New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency
- Undertake a Pre-employment medical test
- Able to pass an Australian Federal Police Security check
- COVID Vaccinated
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Available to work on a rotating roster
