What you'll be doing:
Key duties and tasks will include, but will not be restricted or limited to:
- Passenger check-in with attention to detail and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout interactions
- Validate passports and other essential travel documents accurately
- Tag baggage, arrange seating, and issue boarding passes proficiently
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and security protocols
What we need from you
- Proficient computer and typing skills for efficient operation.
- Professional and courteous communication, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work a 7-day evening shift roster without restrictions.
- Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.
