As a Passenger Service Officer, no two days will be the same, where you will be responsible delivering Passenger Reduced Mobility (PRM) services, assisting and guiding special needs customers throughout their journey of the Airport, ensuring they arrive in a safe and timely manner to their destination.  Being the ‘face of the company’ to clients and passengers, you will put the customers’ needs at the heart of all required tasks. You will be required to have the ability to be available to work shifts which could commence as early as 05:00 am and finish as late as 24:00 midnight.
