Job Description:
As an Pastoral Care Trainer, you will be passing on your knowledge and skills to diverse and interesting student groups to ensure they meet their study and career goals through training and assessment of the Certificate IV in Pastoral Care and Chaplaincy.
You will also be performing daily tasks including providing feedback and guidance as well as resolving any student and course concerns and issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (TAE40116) (required)
- CHC42315 - Certificate IV in Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care or equivalent qualification
- Training and assessment experience in Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care
- Industry currency in chaplaincy and Pastoral Care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
