Role & Responsibilities
As our Pastry Chef you will be part of an Multi Award Winning, Nationally acclaimed restaurant situated in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, responsible for supporting management and a team of 10 full time chefs in producing amazing desserts,pastries and breads.
This role predominantly involves an early morning roster however, additional evening shifts may be available if seeking extra hours.
Skills & Experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and lead our dessert production and assist in pastries and breads
- Ability to bake a range of premium bread varieties is an advantage but not essential
- Minimum of 1 year Pastry Chef experience
