Are you a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef looking for an exciting opportunity in the Southern Highlands? We're seeking a creative individual to join our team at Mumma's Country Kitchen, a café and retail space located within the Old Robertson Cheese Factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and present delectable pastries and desserts with a focus on quality and innovation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create a unique and enticing menu that complements our ever changing offerings.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with a portfolio showcasing your creations.
- Minimum relevant Diploma or Advanced Diploma or 3 years experience without a relevant certificate. Must also have all relevant food safety certificates.
- A strong understanding of pastry techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for using local and seasonal ingredients.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong work ethic. Own vehicle and current driver licence preferred.
