Pastry Chef

Dolly’s Donuts ® is a destination for the whole family to enjoy the ultimate trio of hot fluffy cinnamon and artisanal donuts, an array of delectable gelato and specialty coffee supplied by our partner Zest coffee roasters. We are located in Glenbrook NSW (15 minutes from Penrith).

Our team of Pastry Chefs take pride in using the best quality ingredients that are prepared from scratch daily, always fresh and with a whole lot of love.

We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our team. 

About you

• Has a passion for great quality, donuts, ice cream & pastries
• Confident with all aspects of pastry
• Key eye for detail on food presentation
• Commercial pastry or baking qualification. Previous experience working as a Pastry Chef ideal. Certificate III or IV in patisserie is desirable. However, relevant work experience will be considered. 
• Full working rights in Australia
• Available to work Wednesday-Sunday
