Our French patisserie ‘La Grange by Maison Saint-Honoré’, based in the East Perth, is currently looking for a
Senior Pastry Chef to join our team, on a full-time basis.
We are a French-style café , offering a tempting range of sweet and savoury homemade food.
The new Pastry Chef will be joining our team on a full-time basis and will be based in East Perth (WA, 6004).
Experience & skills required for the position:
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
• French qualification will be highly regarded
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Preparing and baking a wide variety of goods such as macarons, cakes, brownies, etc.
• Creating new desserts to renew the menu and engage the interest of customers
• Ensuring ingredients and materials are of acceptable quality
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
Annual remuneration: $70,000 + superannuation
