The positions will be offered on FIFO basis from Perth only. The role is inclusive of accommodation, meals and utilities as provided in our client's onsite staff village.
The successful candidates must have Patisserie, Dessert, Cake & Pastry experience with:
- Choux production
- Macaron production
- Basic creams, curds and fillings
- Baking and proofing croissants
- Natural fermentation and yeasted doughs
- Laminated doughs
- Viennoiserie
- Cakes
- Certificate III in Pastry / Patisserie or equivilant.
- Enthusiasm, creativity and a passion for the trade
- Strong decorating skills
- Team player
- Strong work ethic and flexible attitude to the allocation of tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong literacy and numeric skills
- Ability to perform duties in a physical environment
- Ability to adhere to workplace rules, policies and procedures
- Ability to adhere to Workplace Health and Safety regulations
- An understanding of HACCP food safety system
- Current Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a Pre-employment Medical & DAS.
