Located 3 hours south of Perth in the beautiful Margaret River Region, we are nestled on the white sands of Bunker Bay beach, just 10 minutes away from Dunsborough. Our 5-star resort boasts 150 luxuriously appointed bungalow style villas, an award-winning restaurant, conferencing, wedding & events facilities and a day spa.

• Prepare ingredients and utilise baking equipment
• Create pastries, baked goods and confectionary
• Decorate pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation
• Monitor the stock of baking ingredients
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
• Control food preparation and manage wastage
• Bring creative ideas and contribute to our pursuit of excellence in all things pastry
• meet and where possible exceed our guests’ dining expectations
• assist in creating a positive work environment for all.

You are an extremely passionate Pastry Chef with a big heart, who is a fantastic leader and leads by example. You will represent our professional 5-star service philosophy and create delicious food for our Guests each and every time. You will have a proactive attitude and a desire to achieve the very best. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and energetic kitchen where every day is different. We provide a buffet service for breakfast and an a la carte service for lunch and dinner. We also cater for small & large scale conferences, events and of course weddings. You will play a very important role in our dynamic kitchen team!

We provide a competitive hourly rate with penalty rates when applicable. You will also be entitled to generous staff benefits including; discounted staff meals, access to Accor Heartist hotel accommodation discounts, health insurance benefits and much more.
