Heavens Kitchen has been manufacturing frozen cakes and desserts nationally for over 20 years. Providing cakes nationally to the food service sector. Monday - Friday work with no nights or weekends. Qualifications & experience
- Must be qualified as a Pastry Chef or baker and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial Kitchen environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Read Dessert Recipe's, execute methods and processes in a commercial Kitchen environment.
- Work in a team environment for all food preparation and HACCP requirements.
- Clean Kitchen equipment, machines and flooring in a team environment.
- Working with high volume production runs,
