About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and talented chefs who strives in exceeding guests expectations and wants to join a team that priorities diversity, inclusion in a professional and fun working environment 

As a Commis Chef in the Pastry Department, you will be responsible to prepare consistent , high quality pastry items as per the departments operating concept and Hyatt standards.

Some of the responsibilities include

  • Assisting in preparing pastry products.
  • Working in the Pastry Kitchen which services both our Promenade Café, Tea Lounge
  • To maintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
