About the role....
As a key member of the Patent team, you'll enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be exposed to working with high profile clients on a global basis. Assisting a Senior Associate and an Associate some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

• preparing patent schedules for clients
• preparing & submitting Patent office application forms
• processing and responding to emails
• screening telephone calls
• monitoring daily deadlines
• handling and processing files
• diary & calendar management
• general administration

About you...
To secure this exciting opportunity you will have 2 -4 years experience as a Legal Assistant with a genuine desire to work in Intellectual Property. You will also have;

• proficient skills in MS Office and database management
• ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• exceptional attention to detail
• strong inter-personal and communication skills
• a positive team attitude with a strong customer service focus
