In this role you will be supporting multiple fee earners including an amazing Partner that is known for being wonderful to work with. They are very appreciative of their admin support therefore on top of being in a varied role you will feel valued in this position.
Duties will include:
- Typing and collation of various legal documents
- Assisting with applications internationally
- Involved in a full range of Patent matters
- Contact with clients and other internal staff by telephone and email
- File and diary management (including travel bookings)
- Other administrative tasks as required
- First class organisational and communication skills
- At least 12 months experience in Patent / IP
- Advanced skills in Microsoft applications
- Accurate typing, spelling, grammar and proof reading skills
- A committed, proactive and service orientated approach to work
