The LLE Unit consists of three (3) functions:

  • Conducting overseas travel for promotion of pathway programs and recruitment of international pathway students
  • Designing program schedules and organise activities for the annual Pathway Partners Development (PDP) program to ensure best partner experience and gather feedback from participants to evaluate the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for improvement in future iterations.
  • Supervising the coordination of appropriate schedules and visits to Pathway Partners for UTS stakeholders and vice versa.
Inside of your Cover Letter, please address the following four (4) key selection criteria:
  1. Ability to identify challenges or obstacles and develop effective solutions to overcome them, ensuring smooth program implementation and success.
  2. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate teams to achieve project milestones and organisational goals effectively.
  3. Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, to prioritise tasks and coordinate simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
  4. Experience in developing and managing pathway programs from emerging and established international markets for one or more Higher Education Providers
