This recruitment may be used to fill future positions via an eligibility list for permanent, full time, part time, temporary and casual positions.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Access and Flow Manager to work with the Director of Nursing & Midwifery in collaboration with Wyong and other CCLHD managers and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate coordinated, timely and efficient patient journeys that are in keeping with the organisation's key performance indicators and targets in relation to access and Patient Flow.

About You
  • You demonstrated leadership skills and abilities to create and maintain a motivating, positive workplace culture.
  • You have proven ability to contribute to and advance the operational and strategic plans for Patient Flow and access including facilitating organisational change, managing key priorities and delivering successful outcomes.
  • You demonstrated high level written, verbal communication and negotiation skills, preparation and presentation of reports and high level computer skills including Microsoft office programs.
